Direct steam-injection heating

Aurum Process Technology has developed a high-efficiency heating system through direct injection of clean steam. The steam makes direct contact with the product, unlike other indirect heating methods that involve different circuits.
The heat transfer process starts with the presence of clean steam in the injector, where it is propelled at high speed after reducing the flowing spaces. This high-speed steam mixes with the product, transferring its momentum. The resulting shock wave achieves a very fast and efficient heat transfer in a low-pressure environment. At the exit of the injector, the pressure of the product increases and the speed decreases, achieving optimal processing conditions.
